I really really like the front hanger idea! I'll be interested to see how it works. |

Is it just me, or does that front muffler hanger look like it would snap exhaust studs left and right? Nice to see some new development in tuber-land none-the-less. |

Wow, THAT'S a torque curve! Only question now is, what about the sound level? Is the dyno run shown with an "e-mark" pipe? Or might there need to be some kind of db-reducer available? Have you measured the sound, or done anything along those lines? Some cities/States have noise limits, or "factory" requirements. |

There is a db-killer with a special design so you can use it with 1 mapping or carb setup, it exist out of 2 pieces. The loss is almost nothing in fuel I didn't do a sound check, can do that tomorrow and post the results and the dyno with and without db-killer |

I don't like the front hanger design. It will kill the header studs. Every bump, every vibe will transmit stress to the header. Perhaps a flexible collar like most cars have?
![s](http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/47623/673867.jpg) One more potential gripe: Can you change the tranny fluid with the pipe in place? |

I don't like the front hanger design. It will kill the header studs. Looking at the photos some more, it looks like there's a new mount near the outlet of the header that gets bolted to the engine (kind of like the race header shoe, but now for the stock header). That solves the header stud problem. |

Am I reading the curve wrong or the maximum torque is only 66 lb-ft? Nice and flat though... |
