You're talking about the O2 sensors, yes? Size is M18 x 1.5 for the oxygen sensor. 18 mm in diameter, thread pitch of 1.5 if that helps. If I misunderstood what you were after, just ignore me.

It's actually "lambda" as in the Greek letter. http://www.picoauto.com/applications/lambda-sensor .html
