Thanks Buewulf, Surely there is somebody around the Wayne area that would be willing to help out a fellow Buell rider. I have discussed this issue with my mates that I go riding with here in Perth, and they would love to have this situation reversed so they could help one of you Americans in need. hey, i just read through this entire blog and let me tell you im pissed!!! im in GA so i cant exactly go kick in the door but let me tell you if i lived even close (like an adjacent state) to this address i'd SWAT Team the house and take you $500 bucks out of the occupant's ass. This operation sounds like a serious front and shady business dealings infuriate me! i probly cant find anything that you havent already but that isnt going to stop me from looking. thats some pretty impressive detective work guys. Skinstains, Thanks mate, all I want is confirmation that they have sent the pipes or if their intension is to rob me. If they have robbed me, I will order the pipes elsewhere and then try to recover my money later. I have a big road trip coming up [about 9000kms] and I just want to get my bike back on the road. I am 54 years old and I was adopted from birth, in April of this year I managed to locate my birth mother who lives on the other side of Australia. well, i sent a strongly worded email which was probably useless because i'd be willing to bet they dont check that address. but it made me feel better. I called the numbers but its after hours here and they probably wouldnt answer anyways. im gonna see if i can get in touch with the tax assessors office in the county where that house address is to see if i can get a real name for that business. someone had to have signed their name to something. we'll get you squared away brah, no worries. | ||

Greg_e, Good to hear from you, This mob are a bunch of liars and theives, if you go to 'Exotic Sportsbike' web, they claim to have branches all over the States and they ship from a state other than New Jersey. When you read this it states they have a single location and one to four employees. Skinstains, when you visit them they will claim the items are shipped from a different state, this is obviously bullshit. If anyone googles 'Exotic Sportsbike reviews' you will get an idea as to how many people they have ripped off. Why haven't the authorities shut this mob down. Greg_e I have already filed a complaint with USPS, they can't do anything for me without a tracking number which is something 'Exotic' promised several times but of course it never came. Just did a search on the link you sent regarding this company. The CEO is Kevin Rollins, did a Google search on him and he is the ex CEO of Dell Computers which he sent broke by selling refurbished computers as new and disatreous customer service. He is obviously back in business but now he is stealing from us motorcycle riders. Regards Buelllord | ||

I sent them an email today, I am fed up, this is eating away at me. OK, its now the 6th of November and still nothing. It is now obvious that you had no intension of supplying my goods. Remembering they have never sent me a tracking number and I have not received any correspondence for approx. 2 weeks I sent an email over to you yesterday regarding your order. We were emailed stating that the tracking number that you received didn’t work with USPS. I was trying to look into that for you. I asked for the tracking number that you received but I didn’t receive a reply email. I apologize for the frustration. I will speak to shipping today and have them place a tracer on the previous shipment and in the mean time I will have them send you another. If you do get a chance, please send over the tracking number that you were originally given so that I can cross reference it. hey brah, got some info for you although im not sure how helpful it will be. first of all the Paterson NJ address is a hoax. that street number doesnt exist in Paterson NJ however it does exist in Totowa NJ. Owner on file at the tax asessors office is Ottilio Properties. I havent researched them but it sounds like a real estate or development firm. if thats the case this business could be on the rocks or the brink of folding up. that's a possible explanation for the run-around. its also 1.68 acres zoned commercial if your interested in purchasing it  you couldve possibly put a lean against the property if tha company in question still owned it but probly cant do that against the current owner. maybe look into that though. no individual names on file at the asessors office, only business names. I also got a reply to my email. the reply stated, and i quote: "im sorry but i'm a bit confused, what tracking number were you given?" you want me to reply anything to that? not much info but its what i got so far. i'll keep digging but it looks like this guy or company is turning out to be a phantom. My reply to the above email ......... Please stop lying to me, just supply my exhaust or return my money. You did not send me an email yesterday. You were not emailed that the tracking number I received didn't work. I can not send you the original tracking number as you are already aware, I have never received a tracking number because you don't actually have one do you. Buellord, im almost positive the email that the guy is referring to is the one i sent him claiming that i, fronting as you, had no tracking number and no way to check the progress of my, your, shipment. whoever is behind this has to be catching on that alot of people are beginning to ask questions about this one order. maybe the added pressure will lead to a satisfactory result. other than driving to NJ for a "hiding", i'll keep pressuring him. i have some other "avenues" which i can use to achieve a desired result. | ||

Wow, just ran across this. I have a friend who's a cop in Wilmington, DE, but is headed to NJ to compete in an MMA event (he is a huge, scary guy!). I will see if he can't stop in to pay them a visit and flash his badge. He's an undercover cop and won't take any BS from them. | ||

Welcome to the Aussie thread, That would be absolutely fantastic if I could get that sort of support, scroll up through the forum and you will find all my details which he will need if he is able to pay them a visit. If he isn't, could he make a phone call and see if he can get one of the local cops to pay them a visit. I have contacted the local Police and Sherrif and have received nothing back from them. Obviously this is going to be one of those "it's not what you know but who you know" scenarios, so having contacts is going to solve this problem. Thanks mate, let me know how you get on.
