About 2 months ago I bought out of the classifieds a corbin seat with the backrest and a few bags. After receiving the stuff I was looking at the seat and backrest and noticed that there were parts missing and the seat had some wear that was covered by the backrest in the pics that were in the classified section. I contacted the seller Patrick_atlanta and he said he was out of the country but would make things right because he want me to be happy with the seat. I went back and forth with him a few times via email and he told me that he had sent everything he had with the seat and he did not intently cover the bad parts of the seat in the pic. Either way I still need the parts that attach to the backrest. Again he was out of the country but asked for my phone number so we could get things straitened out. Well that was the last time I herd anything. He never called and has now stopped answering my emails. All I really want is the parts to complete the backrest. I have pics but no software to make them smaller but if someone else would like to upload them for me I can email them to you. So I guess my question is does anyone know what goes on the back of the backrest? There are 2 screws on both sides of the oval and a bolt sticking out of the bottom. The bolt out of the bottom needs some type of wing nut to keep the backrest from leaning back. Any help is greatly appreciated. The seat is on a 99s3 now. Thanks |

Thanks Guys, I should have called them first. I would say that Corbin has great customer service. I explained to the guy I talked to that I just got a used seat and was missing some pieces. He had me explain the pieces that were missing and got my address and said they will be on there way. No Credit Card needed. Thats always a bonus. So Thanks to the Great people at Corbin. |
