Good to here B_A. Chrissy is doing well. Two Weeks and counting. She went to the doctor and the baby is 6.5lbs. Yes, our bags are packed and we are all ready for Baby_sunshine. Hopefully she won't come before the 12th 'cause I'm getting more ink at Frank's place. (Outlined Star on the inner bicep)

I did. It is awesome. The special effects are seamless and the robots are cool. The actors aren't half bad as well. Its a must see if you grew up watching the cartoon and playing with transformer toys. I was a little disappointed that Megatron was a tank and not a big ass hand gun. |

Anyone seen Transformers (the movie) yet? I have not seen it yet. However, a buddy of mine wrote the review below: UNFREAKINBELIVABLE!!!!!!!! If I had to Grade it is an A, or 98/100. I went to the first showing at 8pm last night. The transformers movie was insane. Everything you could hope for in a movie. Michael Bay is forever in my debt for bringing the Autobots & Decepticons to life on the big screen. The movie was everything I expected and then some. After the movie ended and I asked Tommy what he thought, he said "That was way better than the cartoon dad", amen brother. The movie got an exploding round of applause when it was done. As well as rounds of applause 3-4 times during the film. I will keep spoilers out of this email because I want everyone to go see it. Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Ratchet, Ironhide and Jazz stole the show. But not to be out done by the Decepticons, Megatron, Bonecrusher, Brawl, Frenzy, Barricade, Blackout, Starscream, & Scorpinock. The transformers were real for 2hours and 23 minutes. As real as they could ever be. The special effects were defintley the best I have ever seen in a movie. And I really don't like CGI movies. I am an old school guy. What would a semi truck look like transforming at 80mph, you don't have to wonder anymore. They nailed the effects brilliantly. It never once took you out of the movie going, that was so fake. It was awesome. The story kept the true essence of the original cartoon with some added updates to make it more realistic and more believable. What we all loved about the transformers was in this film. I don't like the fact that there are people out there giving it horrible reviews due to the fact that Michael put flames on Optimus Prime, and made Megatron different and other changes that helped make the story more reality. Its a movie people, not a way of life. And this movie delivers everything a summer movie should. Lots of laughs and non-stop action, and I mean non-stop. If I had to say one thing was the story was a little loose. Notice I said loose, not bad. The plot moved along very nicely and turned and built at all the right moments. I could see a few flaws but maybe I have learned to much about how they do things in movies that I notice these little details. I can defintley see a sequel to help balance out what I felt were missing parts in the plot. Oh yeah, and there were real people in the movie too. Shia Lebuef and Megan Fox were amazing. Their careers just went to superstar status after this movie. Jon Voight was also really good, and John Tuturro was so funny, I loved him in the movie. Shia stole the show with his comedy. There are some great scenes with him and the Autobots were you will roll out of your seat laughing. Tyrese and Josh Dummel were also exceptional, their parts were as kick ass and amazing as an actor can hope to be cast in a movie. They played a group of Army Rangers in a desert base that..... okay I'll stop, go see the movie. All in all this movie everyone should go see. We all remember the transformers from the 80s, but nothing like this have you seen yet. Technology is finally at place that can give us just about anything we can imagine on a screen. If you don't do anything else this week. Go see this movie!!!!!!!!! You will not be dissapionted. In the words of Michael Bay's website....... GIANT ROBOTS ARE HERE!!!!!! |

How you doing? The wife is doing well, complaining about being uncomfortable but I think we can understand why. She has all of her major organs rearranged and crammed inside to make room for the little one! I need to get a pic up, but I found a shirt for New.12jr at Old Navy, It says Trouble on Wheels with some flames! |

Hey, guys..for those who talked to SS last night, he is doing ok today. Sleeping now (pain pill) and real sore. His knee and chest look the worst and however he managed to hit his toes - it looks like he painted them purple. Bike doesn't look like it matches the crash, not too much damage. Be careful guys and watch out for dogs and mail boxes!! |

He was out on a local run yesterday with some guys and a dog ran out in front of the guy phil was following. He locked it down, Phil had to do the same and since they were in the middle of a curve, the rear started to give so he stood it up to run wide. That's when the mailbox stopped him from slamming into the wood fence he thought he was going into. Of course, since it is SS, all this happened at higher than average speeds in a corner. |

I just read this today!!!!! I don't know what to think of it.... The prospect of a 120+HP Buell is awsome, but it just doesn't look right.

I can understand why they'd want to keep that under wraps. They need to clear out as much of the old stock as possible before they make it obsolete. |

I think this would be in addition to the other models. I still like the Sporty V twin that is in all the others. Ducati has Liquid cooled and air cooled bikes. If the price is right I just found my new bike! |

Get well soon, SS!!! i've got an injured rider at my house.... threw a friend off the back. yeah, i know... i feel like i could walk under the belly of a rattlesnake right now. when i felt her come off, i slammed on the brakes, and that put her between the tire and the subframe. the tire spun a little on her back as we got out of traffic and off to the side of the road, so she has burns the width of a tire from her shoulder blade to halfway down her butt. she was two days from moving to virginia. now she's stuck here on the farm for at least 2-3 more weeks. daily bandage changes, lots of pain pills, lots of pain. she's tough, though. not much crying. guys, be CAREFUL when you put somebody on the back. we all know "i'd rather sweat than bleed", but this one time we went riding in shirt-sleeves and it got her. i feel like a total ass because i had the lapse of good judgement and she has to pay for it. by the way... she can't move around much now, but says she can't wait to get well and go riding again. ATTAGIRL!!! |
