Looks as though I will make the meeting, not sure about the ride Sunday, not leaving Gails for sure, maybe I can catch up later after my Sunday shin dig. Prolly have Loren or some one call me as soon as you sit down for lunch, then I will try to hook up! | ||

I just got off the phone with the restaurant in Chilhowee and discovered that they are closed on Sundays. I've talked with the owner, and she's agreed to open just for us to serve burgers and sandwiches if we have 15 or more people. Please post here or email me at charlesmiller@kc.rr.com if you are coming on this ride. Right now, there are three confirmed people. Charles Miller Chip Osborn Loren Who else is coming? If we have less than 15 people, we'll eat an early lunch in Warrensburg. | ||

Hello Mobbers, I am moving to the Lake of the Ozarks area this weekend and am definitely looking forward the the incredible roads that the area has to offer. Has anyone here been riding in the general area? If so, are there any roads in particular that can't be missed? Finally, my XB gets to live on roads that it was built for! Chris | ||

All the roads are good down there. A to C to 100 between Jeff City and Hermann is a great run. | ||

I just got off the phone with Jeff Schneider out at MCworx and he is doing two stunt shows at Gails on the 2nd of April 1:00pm and 4:00pm. He has added Aaron Cline to the team and the both of them are are riding XB's (and a sportster). Dennis (someone with access), might let this info out through the group E-mail, as not everyone is paying attention here. Charles, I'm out for the ride this weekend as I don't have a bike right now. If you can identify which two bolts on the case yoyu need I can bring them to the meeting tomorrow (if you're going to be there). Chris, you're going to love it down there, Just wander south, have fun exploring, you'll find the roads given time and some will to look. 160 East/West across the state just north of the border is one of my favorites....Quite a ways from Ozark but worth the trip. Digger, at least she's wearing head gear, no squids on my team....hahahaha (except me) | ||

Sam, Thanks for the offer on the bolts. I went by Gail's last night because I needed brake pads too and they had the bolts in stock. I even bought an extra one so let me know if you need it. Sorry you can't join us. Could you go if I found you a bike to borrow? | ||

If anybody is interested I have a brand new carbon fiber chin fairing (never installed)I bought for my M2, but I don't really care for the c.b. stuff so I went with the regular fiberglass jobber. hey does anybody have or know of an used blast for sale?? cheap and i mean cheap cause im poor  someone in this group told me that is what i needed.. i wont be able to buy until after may cause all my money is tied up in my wedding .. she is not crazy about me buying a bike in the first place so i figure if i dont spend alot of money it wont make the idea so bad...i hope.?. | ||

Shazam, the muffler worked out good, got it mounted this evening, still have a little rigging to do on the mounts, but nothing I can't handle in my shop here at home, my local muffler shop guy bent me the connecting pipe I needed to make it work, thanks, it sounds pretty good on the short ride home from the muffler shop | ||
