13,500 on an '03 XB9R bought Jan. 2004 4,500 on an SV1000S bought Aug. 2004 (However I will be selling the SV soon as the Buell has stolen my heart and won't give it back) (Message edited by lovematt on March 13, 2005) |

nope- i've never actually been to daytona. (except once in '87 on spring break, by accident for half a day). i love races, but there are too many 'horses of a different color' there for me. the pix in the magazines (of all the HOGs and leather chaps and conchos) send a chill up my spine, but one of the atcers tells me it's not like that by the track, so maybe one day i will. wish i was riding more this winter...sheeez- i ride more in ny winters than i have here so far. too busy looking after the grandparents. |

At the track and down 92 it's a bit mixed. Down Main St. it's 90% cruisers. Just wondering anyways. I saw a guy that had a bike that looks just like yours there and was wondering if you were him. |

Oh, I forgot to mention after I wrote my mileage. The most I had ever put on a previous bike was a little over 20,000mi. Even at 50,000 I don't plan on selling my S3. I just serviced the swingarm bearing, installed a new belt (for the first time) and am awaiting my WP shock from American Sport Bike for my next 50k. Even if I buy another bike, the S3 will be my all time favorite. |

was he pretty? Errr... No. On another note. I just passed the 5000 mark today on my XB9SX. Bought on Nov. 9th. |

Only 3500 since last August on the CityX. 31,000 on the S3T I owned for 3 years. I'll try harder. Bob (Message edited by nedwreck on March 14, 2005) |
