13000 miles in just three years. THAT is great for me. Since I sit behind a desk all day and can't always get out to ride. |

My '04 XB12R turned over 14,400 yesterday. I bought it in October of '03. I'm expecting to put about 1200 miles on it this weekend. My '99 M2 had some 17k on it when I sold it in July of '03. I bought the M2 in August of '01 with ~800 miles on it. Mike Luddy, Jr. '04 XB12R |

Also, what model are you riding. Should have said that earlier. I have some Suzuki rider telling me the Buell wouldn't last with him riding it. Just getting some testimonials from the millage club here. (Which reminds me. I need to bug the Hog group for my millage patches. I'm going to outdo some of the people there soon.) |

The miles pile up fast when you first get your bike - I was averaging more than a thousand miles a month for the first six months. When I first got my bike at 4pm on a Wednesday, the dealer said they'd do the 500 mile oil change for free. When the dealer saw me the very next day, he asked me if I was having a problem with the bike. I said, "No, I got 500 miles on the bike - I'm here for my oil change." |

The only "millage" on my XB came from the factory and Free Spirits in the form of my Rearsets. But if your talking about MILEAGE then I am at 16900 on an '04 XB12 bought in September of '03. 3000 of that has been in the last 3 weeks. |

1995 S2 with approximately 80k glorious, fun-filled miles. Original owner, engine's never been apart, never weeped, seeped or leaked a drop of dino juice. |

I'll wait for Brankin to respond to this one. My M2 has 32,000 miles of which I have put on 5500 miles. Though, including my other bike, I have logged 13,000 - 14,000 miles in the last year. |

1997 M2 with 22K miles on it... bought it used (with 9K miles on it) about 2 years ago... and since it's my ONLY vehicle, I ride it nearly every day! I was with a friend at the local Kawazukiyamahonda dealership a few weeks ago... the salesman was telling me how unreliable Buells were and I just had to laugh... they may not get 250K+ miles like my old BMW, but they're a lot more reliable than most people give them credit for! |

Aprox 50k on a 2000 M2 Speedo sensor went out three times and the Original Speede was lost to a Geo Metro who needed to get across the street more than I needed a undamaged kidney. (Message edited by spiderman on March 09, 2005) |

Only 5 more to go, and it will be like a new bike, right? Right now it probably has only about 50 or 60 more than in the pic, but I am expecting well over 1,200 to be added this weekend. 1313 |

I've put maybe a hundred (NOT 100K!!)on my XB12R what with all the snow and salt and gravel on the roads. Not very impressive huh? Spring is around the corner right? |

-=growls=- Still at a little over 16K, I believe. Came back from Japan and went to work on the house, which is, of course, a never-ending cycle. The weather here's been seriously bitchy since November as well. Woke up this morning to 2" of snow all over everything. :-/ |
