Daves,

Niether my dad or I will be available to set up a booth next weekend. I am still taking care of my wife after her surgery (which is why I haven't been around for the past two weeks. I was holding out hope to make it up there, but it doesn't look promising at this time. I will swing by and say hi again sometime soon.

Ken

P.S. Did you get the new Appleton Buell shirts in yet???

Wycked...she wont be anywhere near your route.

You are in Michigan..if you want you can ride with us. There will be a group leaving Hals HD about 11:00 or so.

Take I-94 north..or west as the map says, take the 894 bypass & then take I-94 west towards madison. Get off on south Moorland Rd & Hals is on the west side of the rd about a mile or so from the exit.

No, unfortunately. This weekend is my g/f's birthday, so we've got plans already. Next time, though. I've gotta meet the guy that's sucking all my money away! LOL

Are you still going to be here come Thursday? I'd be interested in hitting bike night with you if you haven't already left for Wisconsin.

I suppose we could, it may make it easier on myself as I have not rode competitively for I think 6 years now and do not have my street bikes set up that way either. Good idea! Is Terry Flynn still coming also??

I don't drink the stuff! Give me a good, cold Diet Pepsi and I'm fine. I like my caffeine served up like revenge, cold.

Before I met Penny I didn't know anything about the stuff, had never been to a Barnes and Noble or a Starbucks. Now, I'm quite the expert on it!

On the other hand, before Penny met me, she didn't have any idea who Nicky Hayden,Troy Bayliss,Miguel Duhamel(you get the picture) was. Now, she is quite the expert.

Neither of us is a Hillbilly. Iowa isn't far enough south to be a hillbilly.

Koz, you aint been to Iowa have you?
May not have twisties, but they sure as hell do have a lot of hills. First time I met Dave was the MITM Lurch setup out in Nebraska in april of 02. Had the X1 in the bed of my truck & the HD on a small trailer.

Let me tell you that poor little 2.9 ltr got a hell of a workout going thru Iowa.

I lived in Mt Pleasant, IA (Southeastern part) and from there south it was like the Kettle's. Was like Nothern Missouri. Great riding.
