I'm speaking of the dudes at gitmo, the ones that the left are crying about being locked up without charges. The ones we're paying other countries to take so we can proceed with a shortsighted political stunt I.E. closing a perfectly good POW camp. The ones we wont send back to China becasue China will torture them. Really torture them, not just pour water on their faces. Those guys.

Also, it is well known that we have sent guys to Egypt and other countries for questioning. There's no secret there.

But those guys are no longer our political problem, the ones in Cuba are.

All I'm saying is that I don't understand why it this big legal nightmare. Seems pretty cut and dry to me. Release them when the war is over, execute the war criminals.
