Chicago winters suck. Texas winters don't. Airplanes fly in winter. 'Nuff said...

Looks like the new place is coming along nicely. Are you trying to say you're broke, or ask the cameraman if he's ever kissed an elephant? |

Can I order a full size poster of you running? I'd like to put it in the glass front door of the house . . . crime is rampant in NYC and I think that'd protect us! Seriously looks like you guys had a heck of a time. By the way . . . . if I didn't say it . . HAPPY BIRTHDAY BOMBER ! |

Bomber has birthdays? Well who'd a thunk it? Hope you had a good one mate. By the way there's a terrific Bike museum cum Burger joint down near San Antonio, the food is excellent & some nice bikes too. Worth the ride. I can't remember the name of the place, but I expect one of the local guys will chime in. |

Grumpster--you may be thinking about the Lone Star Motorcycle Museum in Vanderpool. Very cool place; I've posted pix from there before. Court--what you really want is a .wav file of the sounds my knees make when I run--you could play that and the bad guys would think it's automatic weapons going off! Brad--what is this thing you call "snow?" It was a good time. Bomber's much better half thought the whole trip up and put it together as a birthday surprise. As Court so aptly puts it: Bomber, like Court and myself, married far above his station. rt |

I do miss the matching jackets pics of you two riding around together . . . it always make me miss my blankey. . . . |

Skin that was entirely unnecessary...funny tho! I used the word in it's proper English form. However I appreciate that Joisey English has some differences in connotation Yes I was thinking of the Lone Star Museum; http://lonestarmotorcyclemuseum.com/ Well worth the visit. I was there in June last year went with a friend who lives in Austin & one of his buddies; we did about 400 miles that day, took in that gas station in RT's pic as well, but they had no gas that day. I was riding Buellerthanyou's S1 & was already on reserve. Then they took me to visit a replica of Stonehenge, & we ate dinner in a huge, famous, Barbeque joint, don't ask me where or what it's called as I can't remember, but it was damned good. Temps up in the 100s, I was sweating like a pig, still managed to pile on the pounds though, I could easily become spherical in Texas. |
