So, this douche nozzle is selling a chin spoiler on eBay. He's obviously chopping an X1. His eBay seller name is havejeepwilloffroad. So, I message him to politely inquire about the chin spoiler to see if it came with the mounting hardware. Thanks." His reply "My auctions are for exactly what is pictured and described. Nothing more, nothing less. Plain and simple. End of story." My reply to that retarded message: "A simple no would have sufficed." Then I get this message back: "Really? The pictures/title/description were pretty simple and you still felt the need to ask if ALL the mounting hardware was included even though none was pictured or mentioned." I then follow that with: "Yup, really. And who knows, you could have had it sitting around and forgot about it. I'm pretty sure you are far from perfect." Here's the best response yet, why he just doesn't stop, is beyond me...guess he's one of those ignorant types. "I've gotta laugh at some of the goofball crap I hear out of a handful of people on Ebay. Pics and description weren't clear enough for you, I try and clear things up for you and you complain about that, and now you tell me if I don't include extras in my auctions, it's because they are laying around and I forgot about them. Yeah the mounting harware is sitting around. You got one thing right. I didn't forget about it though. When I get around to it, I'll auction it for at least $25. Because none of the pieces are items you can go pick up at the local hardware store. So it's worth a pretty good little chunk by itself. Sounds to me like you need to just find an auction for a complete bike. That way you won't have to worry if "all the pieces" are included." I replied twice to that, here's the latter: "Oh, and I already know what I want, I already have a bike, an M2 to be exact, but I'm putting a chin fairing on it, hence why I asked you. Also, I've just told several hundred people about you're little antics, and hopefully you won't be receiving any business from people own Buell. Since I just mentioned this little fiasco of yours to the entire world. So, carry on Mr. Ignorant, and see if treating potential customers like you've treated me is going to net you future business." Sorry for the rant, but that shit just does not fly with me. | ||

I'd price out the mounting hardware from a dealer. They're just spacers and a few rubber pieces. Oh, and a piece of bent sheet metal. Certainly not worth $25 used. | ||

99cents and no reserve and the auction ended with no bids unless you pushed him into ending the auction early. You could have told him the complete donor bike was pictured and asked if that was included.  But, still, under a buck plus shipping would have been a deal even without the hardware.
