Anyone heard of V-CAN helmets. Was at one of the local Harley shops and they had them for sale. It looked pretty cool, basically had every option I could ever want... flip up(modular), internal sun visor, and built in bluetooth.

I have seen other v-can helmets for sale for $50 which scares me a little, the dealer wanted $400+ for the model 210 which makes me wonder how good are they really?
The salesman said they have been making helmets for other companies for years (but didn't specify who) and they were good, but as slow as the shop was for a Saturday he was trying anything to make a sale.

Just wondered, are they any good? Anyone have any experience with them?

Was searching around and found the HAWK helmets on leatherup.com and they look identical, even use some of the same graphics.

So, has anybody heard of the HAWK helmets?

Yep, I really like the idea of built-in bluetooth. Bluetooth has such interesting possibilities on a motorcycle.

Yeah - I have one of their older modulars - my HJC was better fitting , however, the Hawk does take bumps and rubs better - better finish?

EZ, what did you think about noise levels, fit and finish, durabilty? I tried it on for just a brief second and it was comfortable, fit is always questionable because of head shapes and such, and I hate to judge fit by wearing only once because most helmets seem to get bigger after they get broken in, kind of like shoes.
