I'm proud of you guys! ....knowing that I am not alone in the love old old cartoons. One favorite I can't find is Bugs Bunny in a jungle setting and the little Pygmy(nature boy) gets his spear point trashed by Bugs. The next line is:"unga bunga bunga !!!! Push pull, push lock" as he operates the spear like a bolt action rifle and a new spear point comes out.I think the toon is "Bushy Hare", but the part I so love is cut out/banned or some shit like that.......
Crusader Rabbit and Rags the Tiger The Banana Splits Mr Magoo Boris and Natasha--"Boris always have plan, plan not always work, but Boris always have plan." Yogi Bear Tennessee Tuxedo Great stuff!!
Felix the Cat. Popeye. Mr Magoo. Speedy Gonzalez. Sylvester and Tweety bird. Woody Woodpecker. Jimmy the Cricket. Ahh......so many great ones..........
Tooter Turtle. Whenever I get in a jam I like to say "Help Mr. Wizard, I don't want to be a (fill in the blank) anymore!"
First cartoon I can remember is Mighty Mouse. Too violent for today's audience. Who knew that when you hit a cat in the face with a frying pan his head really didn't go round and flat?
If anyone asks if I like opera, I tell them my favorite is "Kill the Wabbit"

Do you realize that Courageous Cat is probably the ONLY "heroic" depiction of a cat in ALL of cartoondom? They're almost ALWAYS portrayed as the villain of the piece.
I LOVED "Courageous Cat!"
Another classic: "Your bullets can not harm me! My wings are like a shield of steel!"
