I stopped to get gas day before yesterday when the guy opposite the pump said, "Hey, nice Buell. How do you like it?". He looked to be in his mid-40's to early 50's, and was driving a pickup. I gave him the usual quick rundown of pros and cons. Turns out he and his buddies are Triumph riders, and he owns a Sprint. We chatted for literally a half hour while I refueled, and before it was over with, we had swapped contact information so we could get together and ride sometime (we don't live very far from one another, turns out). I'm eager to get an up-close look at a Sprint... I dunno what year model he has, but I hope it's a newer one! ~SM (Message edited by Swordsman on July 17, 2008) |

It's a trap, beware the British Kool-Aide. I suspect you're going to have a good time. |

The new Sprints are dead sexy, and I have been complaining about my lack of luggage recently...... ~SM |

I have a 1999 Sprint ST and absolutely love it. Great motor that triple. Put 30,000 on it so far. |

I hear the new ones get hot very hot under the seat but I do not know for sure. I can say I was having my old t-bird serviced and the guys in the shop were drawing straws on who got to test ride the repairs they did to one that may give it some merrit but not for sure. |
