March Badness can be a cruel mistress, but I do have the dubious honor of being first blood at the event.

I honestly think I could've ridden away from this had the front end not hit a rock.

I can't wait for next year. Hopefully I can keep the bike in one piece for more than 45 minutes.

Buellgator - Sorry you went down at MBV. My hubby went down last year on the Dragon the day before MBIV. Luckily for him, I had his M2 at T.W.O. waiting for him for the rest of the event.

Don't wait until next year, come to Buelltoberfest.

Buellgator, it was nice to see you at MBV.
Bummer about the get-off. But the best part is that you were only bruised.

You know what that looks like to me?

Somebody has to post the first "repair costs" thread for the 1125R... : )

Too bad she took one in the nose as well.

Were you at least thoughtful enough to crash in front of a camera for us? : )

It was most definitely great to meet everyone, you kept me from getting to bored at the campground. I am really hoping to make Buelltoberfest, with a bike in working order.

I can ship that book up to you Spidey, it gets better as you move along through it.

Not too many roads in Florida have turns like in North Georgia. I still think you dodged a bullet out there considering the circumstances.

See you next year... or sooner.

On a positive note, there were more than one set of wheels turning as to what an S version might look like after seeing yours trussed up in the back of the truck.

I saw that bike! My first thought (when I saw it from a distance) was "Wow! Somebody's already built an 1125S!"

Sorry for your bad luck.

Aftermarket set of headlights and you have improved the looks of that bike significantly. Seriously, when I saw it on the truck I said to Fat Bastard " I actually kind of like it better without the fairing." Good luck with the repairs.

Group ride, all of us attempting to pass a van that wouldn't move out of the way for us. This bike is a lot faster than my XB9. I couldn't see the turn at the bottom of the hill. I was hard on the front brake and thought that I couldn't get it stopped in time, so I touched the rear brake, well that was the wrong thing to do. Rear end locked up on some gravel, or just because it had so little contact with the ground, started fishtailing, and I just couldn't keep it under control. I went off the road, and the bike just lost it there.

ATGATT, it worked for me!!!

I would also like to give a big thank you to Paint_Shaker for helping me to get the bike back to the campground and back home as well.

Also to djkaplan for hanging with me until Paint_Shaker showed up with the truck.
