Ran past TWO on Easter day and what a ride!!! It was my first time riding in north GA and what a treat it was. For all the first timers making there way to MBV you will no be disappointed with the local roads. I have ridden the "Dragon"(to much work to ride) the "Cherry cola" (great sweepers) the Blue ridge (F#$%^'n tourists) and I have to say that RT 60 is a much better ride than them all. I followed a local in a mid 90's ford F150, he knew the roads well to say the least, and was a great guide for the ride judging blind unfamiliar comer speed. I can’t wait to follow someone on a bike that knows the roads!! I hit RT 53 on the way back home and it was just as good. I know there has to be another hidden treasure in the mountains of GA and can't wait to hit it this weekend!!!! | ||

fit & fasten fork tubes add fork oil powdercoat bars mount bars install grips weld a bead across exhaust shoe for slippage mount/balance/install new front tire figure out why the F rear is out of balance re-torque EVERYFRIGGINTHING test ride change all fluids re-torque EVERYFRIGGINTHINGAGAIN! pack up rollout ....my work is cut out for me over the next two days, and Itll be SO worth it! | ||

i still have to finish the damn trailer! ive been so damn sick the last few days i havent been working on it at nights. shit i am just starting to get my voice back somewhat today. which is good otherwise you guys wouldnt be able to hear me tell ya to f*&k off all weekend, lol. i just need to finish up the motorcycle tiedown points on the snowmobile trailer. its getting close. im trying to make a list of stuff to remember. | ||

Good idea, Krysti. I have ridden in downpours that make you blind and cause your skin to feel burned afterwards. I have ridden in 110+ heat for over 500 miles at the time. But I absolutely cannot bear the cold. So cold and wet is enough to cause me to cry. And we will get to meet the infamous Spiderman ;o) |
