TOO cold, snowy and rainy for me. BUT the killer was the "Black Ice" that was all over this morning.

I slipped sideways about 3 foot in the car! If I'd been on the bike I be here crying about it being all beat up!

I can't ride! Even if I could ride, I most likely wouldn't ride that crappie bike any-how. Stupid X1, it hit the pavement twice in October(F). Buell OWES me a new bike, this ones got gravity issues, somehow its an asphalt magnet of some sorts and its the Buell factories fault. It's on the stands in disrepair at the moment, and I have no intensions of fixin it till Spring.

Turnagain,

That was freaking AWESOME!! That video was killer. Stunting on Ice, didn't know it was possible but considering the final burnout on the ice, I'm going to go with an educated guess and say they have studded tires. LOL

Can't wait til I can afford something else to strictly stunt with!

BTW, is it to early for me to go ride? I just had surgery 15 days ago on my left shoulder. I think I may go give it a whirl in the 40 degree weather...

Winter?? Went for a couple hundred miles today on a quest to score a Vanson Buell jacket--weather was clear, sunny, 66 degrees. Sweet.
Tonight I put new intake seals in the S-1 and cleaned the carb,re-installed it all. Looking to fire it for the first time in the next day or so.

Well, I rode for about 15 minutes last night. I don't think the doctor will approve. I just had arthroscopic surgery on my shoulder to repair some tears in ligament. That was 2 weeks ago. And last night, I was riding.
Is that smart?

Ha

Anyone see a fat guy on a blue/gold XBS today on the west side?

Even with my 'winter coat' it's still damn cold. My co-workers think I'm crazy.

Was that smart? Why yes it was. Did the Dr not tell you to ice it if you were having pain?

I've studded tyres. More specifically, the last time we studded tyres on BadWeB we chewed the fat out of contact patch theory. Has something slipped my mind since? Maybe you guys just drifted of topic a little. Some say the BadWeB can be a slippery slope

It didn't hurt much at all for riding, I even pulled a few wheelies...Felt great!!

Though it was cold as heck and I took a corner and felt the tires both sliding out from under. Talk about some pucker factor!!!!

Got the heated gear and went for a short ride today. It was either in the high 20's or low 30's but I had to do it. My hubby thought I was nuts. MORE, MORE (it started snowing on my way home and there is more to come this weekend)
