I was doing some soul searching and came up with this list.. . I qualify and I might need to seek help I guess.

- You follow a Snap-on truck to the next stop to see what he’d sell you
- Look admiringly at Sportsters
- Would support a ticket with Erik Buell for president
- Look at Softails with disdain but understand a bagger
- Have your browser’s home page set to www.buell.com
- A desktop shortcut to BadWeB
- Your email folders mirror the BadWeB categories
- Have a Buell maintenance and parts number manual
- Your Buell manual is hard to read on account of all the grease and oil smears
- Look into the garage before you go to bed to see if she’s alright
- Look frequently at eBay to see what Buell related things are for sale
- Travel hours on end to get to a good dealer and come home having bought a Buell T-Shirt
- Have a clear mental image of what the different BadWeB members are like in person
- Personally know more than 10 BadWeb members
- Frantically thumb through Motorcycle magazines on the way in from the mailbox to see if there is a Buell review (or at least a Buell ad). If none is there you are disappointed and don’t read the magazine until a week later
- Can articulate all aspects of the trilogy of tech in less than 2 minutes
- Understand mass centralization
- Take delight in another Bueller’s success and achievements
- Gets giggly and silly when a Buell finishes well in a race
- Happily explains a Buell to the unsuspecting bystander

I'm sure I've missed some. Feel free to chime in.

that's pretty good!

the one about "Would support a ticket with Erik Buell for president "

I'd vote for him but I doubt he would want anything to do with that mess we have in Washington, especially with all the excitement that Buell is producing in East Troy.

Hey Bartimus

I resemble that remark. 5 and counting

How about -- If you have ever owned a rare or collectable Buell item.

I rode around on a Buell Peace keeper for 4 years before I sold it to Tampa PD officer.
I have a chance to buy it back, But Nooooo.
Buell has to tempt me with the 1125R.

How about other Buell collectables. I`m an old Tuber rider. Got a ton of stuff from the old days. How about Battle2Win mags, or American Thunder Bike weather reports.
Got em all.

Yep met a lot of great folks here.
Speaking of--- Good to here from you Rotzaruk. Caught me off gaurd with the call I was just sitting down to have lunch. Call any time good to here from ya.

How about if you met someone from another continent. Thats for my friend down under
( Paul ) Great to see you at 2001 Homecoming. You always have a place to stay in the states.

And yes I look at Badweb EVERYDAY ! !

I could go on But.

Do I qualify.

A)
Will get up early on a day when you have nothing else scheduled to meet another BadWeBber
that is (in the process of a road trip) passing by an hour from your house.

B)
you ardently follow the boards for models that you do not, have not, and don't forsee owning.

And yes, I pretty much identify with everything suggested so far.

How about if out of the blue you call a BadWeBber you've never met, and haven't spoken to in months, and the first thing he says is "Oh Wow Man!! are you here, where are you!!", and you wish you were there?
Yeah Eric, it was nice talking to you, and one day I'll call and I WILL be there!!

I'll bet we'll come up with a lot of chronic BadWeb idiosyncrasies.

This is really scary but now I know I'm not alone

-first and last thing I check every day? HELL YEA

- ERIK for president? HELL YEA

I haven't met Court yet but maybe I can fix that at MBV.

More then one Buell? Not yet but I want soo many I don't know what next to buy. My 12S will never leave me. But I don't know what I want next? A Uly for longer trips? An R for a track bike? An 1125R cause duh it looks amazing. An old Tuber cause they rule it there own right. I have even HEAVILY considered finding a blast for a cool little around town bomber.

Hello my name is Tq_freak and I'm a Buell-a-holic

Taking it off road for the dirty crew
You might be a Buell Duell Sporter IF....

If you have ever run through the puddles to get a fresh coat of mud on your bike before church/ coffee house meeting/ date/ poker run... You might be a Buell Duell Sporter.
If you have ever finger painted in the mud on your bike...You might be a Buell Duell Sporter.
If you have ever gone 30 miles out of your way just to get some dirt on the bike...You might be a Buell Duell Sporter.
If your GPS consistantly reads "OUT OF SERVICE" for that trail you are on...You might be a Buell Duell Sporter.
If you get asked more than a handful of times, "Where did you go to get that dirty?"...You might be a Buell Duell Sporter.
If your bench racing stats are more concerned with clearance, shock rebound, trail economy, geo caching & gps downloads... You might be a Buell Duell Sporter.
If a short trip out of town requires you to strap extra tank of gas to your bike...You might be a Buell Duell Sporter.
If you "wash" your bike off by running it through the puddles...You might be a Buell Duell Sporter.
If you think interstate, highway, freeway, major arterial and toll bridges are foul words...You might be a Buell Duell Sporter.
If your riding gear can stand on its own after a trip home...You might be a Buell Duell Sporter.
If the "short-cut" home takes you two hours through the woods before dinner...You might be a Buell Duell Sporter
And finally
If everybody thinks that you are ill or on vacation if they dont see the dirty bike parked out in front of work (aka the Dealership)

You have an XB that's been crashed a couple times before being flipped end over end, breaking into pieces and are going to rebuild it!

You are going to buy your next one and are NOT going to sell any of the others in your garage.

I'm guilty of 18 of the 20 that Doerman listed. I don't need the Snap-off man because the tools I have don't get used very often anyway. Sportsters don't do anything for me.

My additions to the list:
-Badweb is my homepage.....
it's checked in the mornin', lunch time, and at least once if not twice an evening...
-Go into withdrawal when BadWeb goes offline
-Bought or sold something for the "Matt Ware Benefit Auction"
-Cross state lines just to go for a ride with a fellow "Badweb'r"
-Have been on more than 3 "Factory Demo Rides" when the truck comes to town, (double points if you cross state lines to take part)
-Attended March Badness
-Actually get Fuell in the mail
-Have some kind of dealer sales floor promotional item -sale banner, poster, etc. in your "private stash"
-Helped/Encouraged someone else buy a Buell

I've only had mine for about 4 months and I got it bad....sigh...

OK here's my contribution

You might be a Buell fanatic if you have a Buell tatooed on your ass(bad thing about that is every time you bend over, the rear isolators separate).

- If the destination for your road trip is a curvier road.

-If you have a favorite road sign and it's this

-If you can crush hickory nuts in your left (clutch) hand

Hi, my name is Jim and I have a problem---

If you giggle with glee when you see a sign that says" Narrow, winding road next 62 miles."
If you have met and stayed with Buellers from another continent--on that other continent.
Have had your bike worked on at East Troy and/or by Erik Buell.
If you plan your vacation days for next year around Buell events.
If you have started a Buell related business.
If you still have your first Buell.
If you have Court's and Al's phone numbers on speed dial.

I espesially like this one, and am personally very guilty of it.

It's always hard to explain this kind of road trip to people. Most just don't understand.
