I never followed football too closely and overheard a few guys at work starting a pool a couple years back. I had been a Pittsburgh fan since I was a wee one, and siad the Steelers were going to take it. They all laughed. 5 months later I was laughing. I'll say it again, Steelers. | ||

Packer Babies!! My cousin is a traveling sales man. He was covering accounts on the east coast when he was notified that his wife gave birth to his son. He bought drinks for the patrons of the hotel bar to celebrate. His biggest concern was that the baby was 2 weeks early. His wife told him not to worry, she and his son were doing fine. One of the bar patrons asked the babies size. "Well, in Green Bay we grow them big from birth so he was a little small because he was two weeks early. He weighs 27 lbs." One of the waitresses fainted from the shear size of the child. He returned to the same hotel bar several weeks later. The same patrons questioned him about his son. "We have a bet as to what he weighs now" says one guy. My cousin replied 22lbs. "What! We thought that he would be at least 30lbs by now!" "Oh... We had him circumsized." | ||

I think i will add my college pick also. I'm going with Beano Cook and choosing Penn State. I look at it this way everyone was picking Michigan to win the big ten and get the shot to play in the NC game. When a team loses 8 starters on D i do not care how good the Off. is they will not make it. Penn State on the other hand lost 2 on Off and 3 on Def. | ||
