Last I heard the highest known I.Q. in the world belonged to the woman who married the inventor of the Jarvic 7 artificial heart, over 200.

A genius level I.Q. and four bucks will get you a coffee at Starbucks.

Potential without opportunity is far too common.

High I.Q.'s can be as much of a curse as they are a gift.

Judging from the comments I've read on this BBS, most of the writers would probably rate well on a real I.Q. test.

Yeah, right, that just goes to show that any IQ test is very subjective.

Howdy Jasonblue....I scored a 133 on that test and thought for a TV test taken in 1 hour it wasnt bad. Some of the first questions didnt give you enough time and some of the last where taking too long.I think most of the snide comments come from those too embarrassed(sic) to take the test or too impatient to wait for all the statistics.Interesting though that the students , construction workers and blondes all scored closely and that the highest score was the scientist at 139.That one construction goofball was a hoot!!

It means you have good taste in motorcycles!

I scored 154 last time, but numbers don't put food on the table, so I still work nights.

If train "A" leaves Philadelphia at 8AM EST traveling North at 60 mph and train "B" leaves Albany at 9AM traveling south at 80 MPH, how is John related to Betty?

CJM: In certain parts of Arkansas and East Texas, the relationships you mentioned are not considered to be mutually exclusive.

Reminds me of an old aggie friend I met at an SMU/A&M football game (before the demise of the SWC). He proudly introduced me to his "wife and his sister"... there was just one woman standing by his side. :/

Chickens!!!

I doubt I'm the smartest, it's just a number. What was your score Blake? You are light years ahead of me in number crunching ability, for me that stuff is hard. you oughta be on on the far side of 160.

I called MENSA once to see if I was a genius, but when they asked for my name, I kept waiting for the multiple choices. uhoh

Number crunching is just book learning and lots of practice. It's what I did for 12 years.

IQ tests are supposed to measure more raw intelligence versus book learning. There are even IQ tests you can give your dog. Pretty cool watching an animal figure things out. Makes me feel smart when I can match my Border Collie's score.
