What type of epa testing and regulations will I have to go through to certify and license my bikes in Colorado? Plan on moving there in a couple of years.

Nothing. There is a noise restriction in Denver, otherwise, you should be able to get your tags without any trouble

EZ, when you make it over here give me and my blast a shout!!! Jumpin hit it on the nose, Denver currently outlaws ALL aftermarket pipes, but that's the only ordinance I know of. My Blast with its V&H pea shooter get along just fine everywhere else

Per American Motorcyclist - Aug 07 "the most extreme of these new laws is an ordinance passed June 4 in Denver that allows police to ticket the owner of any bike built after 1982 that doesn't have a federal Environmental Protection Agency sound certificate stamp on its exhaust system." "In practical terms, that means nearly all motorcycles operated in Denver would be required to have the stock exhaust system as installed by the manufacturer when the bike was new. And anyone whose muffler wears out over time or is damaged in a crash wuld be forced to purchase an exact replacement from the dealership at OEM prices if its available at all."
There is no law for loud trucks or cars.
