Daves' great. From brake/clutch levers to stands, my list is lengthy for only a year's worth of ownership and Dave was there through it all.
To me, Dave' s excellent customer service is part of why I enjoy being a Buell owner.

I'll second Typeone on the Buy, Fly and Ride promotion. Great way to purchase from a quality dealer, get to do some great riding and meet some super people. Dave has also always been able to help me out on any parts/accessories I've needed. If you look in a dictionary under "Great Service" chances are good you'll find Daves' picture there.

Okay, let me rephrase that... what local dealers support pink Buell hats? Local to MD/PA/DE and also support Badweb might I add.
If it wasn't for Daves and this webpage I'd never of had my 2nd anniversary wedding gift... it was cotton. I'm such a romantic. |

dave, thanks to you for your being a customer service first kind of guy and giving me some information to make an informed decision on monday night, i was able to get an excellent deal on an 07 xb12scg, translucent orange, lighting last night. thank you very much and my wife thanks you also for this is her bike and with a couple mods on it, like lowering it a little bit more, she will be able to handle it a little more easier. although i don't hunt i will make every effort i can to push business your way every chance i get. thanks again and have a nice weekend. |

Dave sent me a free sling bag about 2 years ago now- no charge no shipping I just asked and he sent me one! I didnt even own a buell at the time, because of that my business goes to him. Also helped me out with some tech stuff, gave me enough cross ref numbers to run any oil filter I could imagine. Looking forward to ordering a muller clutch soon, thanks Dave |

3. Provided the best customer service I've ever encountered.
That is what DaveS has done for me, and I thank him again for all of it.
