I HAVE OWNED A 97 S3T SINCE 98 AND LOVE IT. But as this body gets older I find it real hard to pull the clutch in traffic and when doing a lot of shifts in the curves. I would also like to improve my stock barely working rear brake. I need brands and part numbers. PLEASE HELP....

Lube the heck out of that clutch cable and rebuild both the rear master and the rear wheel cylinder with kits available from the dealer. It'll feel like a born-again virgin.

Or replace clutch cable as a new one will be much smoother, and get aftermarket,as the HD one just took an astronomic leap in price. There is an "Easy Pull clutch" kit available for some HD's/Buells.Check that out.

Have you considered taking up heavy weight training aimed specifically at maxing out the forearms.

Have a look at the Muller Power clutch on the Trojan Horse site.

I tried to post a link but it wouldn't work.
