I guess "no" but want to be sure before giving up. And there is no part number for the key, is there? I am reluctant to drill it out. It seems quite difficult to drill out hard metal without damaging frame neck. Well, I have a lock and key assembly I bought long time ago, having thought it must be easy to replace. Last weekend I took steering stem out hoping it may slide out into the neck by pushing. Well, what it really does is to lock itself to the steering neck. Tiny little key with 4 pin. A good lock smith can create a key for you, like the one who made the key for me. Process a locksmith uses is to put in a fresh blank, wiggle it to get pin marking, then file down where each pin marks. This process continues till each position is filed for depth.
