I own an 02 X1 Lightning with the Harley Race Kit on it (computer/pipes/K&N). I purchased new plugs for it, and i wanted to purchase new wires and a new coil for it.

My question is~ can anyone recc. a decent set of wires and coil for my bike? Also, where can i purchase it from? Links would be very helpful!
Thanks,
Chris

tough to beat the stockers in new condition, although there are some small gains to be made in double fire setups -- the Knowledge Vault has lots of data on this in there -- check it out!

I got some great Buell plug wires at the dealership. They're thicker than the stockers and they're a neat blue color. Of course there's no logical reason why it would make my bike run better...

The X1 ECM monitors the ignition coil and will post an error if the current rise time is different then what it expects. (Error 24 for front coil and 25 for rear coil) The ignition cables also have a resistance matched to the ignition system. The X1 has two coils (in one package) and is a dual fire system. Probably best to stay with OEM parts....

I thought the dual coil setup was called single fire?
