I had originally bought an 03 XB9s but knew an S1 was the bike I should've bought. I sold it a while back and then picked up an S1 a few months ago. Really it would've been nice to have both, but you can't have it all!

BTW, they sold the M2 bikes right up til the end of the tuber era = 2002

Newer ones have revised oil pumps and various tranny improvements like stronger primary tensioner and taller second gear ratio.

Usually easy to find for not that much money.

It does have an electronic ignition control module though.
