I'd be interested. Blue or white emblems.

I'd be interested in at least one pair, perhaps two.

I found some of these the other day and one of the sets I found were the original prototype . . . that had no markings on them at all.

They are really handy on an S2.

I believe the original bags were made by Wolfman bags in Longmont, CO. They could probabably make more if a big enough order was placed.

I tracked down the original mfg in Topeka Ks, and they were not interested in reproducing the bags. So it's outsourcing now to other companies, if you have a path with the local company, give them a call and see what they are interested in doing.

Thanks Dan,

They are nice to have.

One update I'd request if new ones are being made - instead of a single zipper to open them, possibly use two parallel zippers, so the entire top panel unzips and can flip up/forward, leaving basically a bag with no lid. Easier to get things in and out that way, especially at speed...maybe put velcro either in conjunction, or instead of, the zippers.

If that makes sense.

Or even just one zipper that runs the perimeter of the bags along the side, above the velcro mounts..

Sure! So double zipper or a perimeter zipper, or????

I'm going to mail my bags out for pattern so let me know quickly any changes desired or leave stock design....

I haven't had a chance to use mine on the S2 but the double zippers sound good but not a requirement since the single zippers on my S3 suit me fine.

Do the double with the single loop attaching the zipper pulls . . . . works great.

Bags will be mailed out today, all boxed up and ready to go. (Special thanks to Phelan, he provided the bags, I just had to pay for some shipping to get them to send off for pattern.) I am asking for a quote with both the original design and a second quote with the double zipper.

maybe I can make both versions available. be patient, I may front the cash to have both versions made, then post photos and run an order.

order options could include:

color of bag (maybe)
color of emblem
single or double zipper (maybe)

Court nailed what I was thinking. Double-zip, a strap between the zippers, and a Velcro tab to hold the bottom when zipped shut.

>>> Double-zip, a strap between the zippers, and a Velcro tab to hold the bottom when zipped shut.

That's the way all the really good ones I have are constructed.

Works.

Single zippers . . not so much.

here are the bags the company made for me for my S3, i had the logos pointed towards each other, like the screen inserts on the tail, instead of factory, facing the same direction to the right.

Busy time of year, Christmas, new baby at home, and working this project and many others, however, the company just sent me this low res photo to ensure this is what I meant by a dual zipper design. This is a low resolution photo, poorly formatted...but you get a good idea of the finished product with a dual zipper.

I should be able to order these in any color of logo (original logo...period correct for an S2)

if someone wants a special set with newer logo, I can probably work that as well.

this is a quick pic to show design with the double zipper, the material looks really rough in the low res photo, the photo they sent me looks like nice material, but after reformatting to load here it looks a little rough, however its the same material I had the S3 bags made out of. see the photo above for a better example of the material.

no cost estimate yet....

So does the dual zippet have a lanyard or something connecting them? The material really does look bad but your other ones look good. Any idea for pricing yet? So these will ship from overseas? Oops didn't see the no pricing yet.

Yes the finished product will have a lanyard connecting the two zippers, and also a flap at the bottom over the opening as someone else requested.

It's really strange how the material changed looks when I reformatted the photo!! I almost didn't post it since it looked so bad!
