So, I went to look at this bike and it's definitely not pristine; parks it outside in the elements and you can tell its been dropped. Additionally, the tank cover and chin spoiler have been rhino-lined. DDFI has been replaced with a Mikuni flat slide carb. Started right up, but the starter solenoid clicked first like a weak battery or maybe a bad solenoid or starter. No unexpected noise at idle, but I didn't ride it. Front ISO looks questionable. Wanted $2800 when I posted this, but now wants $2200. Said he was open to offers. Definitely not worth $2200, but with the shock and new EBC rotor, there could be some meat on the bone at $1500 or under. The shock and rotor are probs worth $1000 alone. Opinions? |
