ok so I have replaced the rear isos about 6-7 tomes om S1 and M2 and I never had an issue actually foun d it super easy! But this X1 frame is killing me it seams to be about 1/4" to long it does not line up with the isos. what are all your guys tips and tricks with installing these on the X1

Strange. Is the front isolator connected? If so try putting the rears on first. And don't forget about the removable frame section.

Did you remove the rear tiebar that's under the rear hugger?

That's the one that had me swearing for hours.
I took off all of the other ones on the bike and the engine was flopping around relative to the frame EXCEPT for the one I had to remove!

All tie bars are off front iso is loose but may need to pull main bolt.
The removeble side plate will be great for changing belts but is a pain for this job

You have to remove that plate to do this job.

I don't know that you have to (you could pretend it's an M2 or S3 frame) but I can't imagine why you wouldn't want to. With all the tie bars removed, the left side isolator will slide right in, and then you pop the plate down on the right side. Installed.

It will sit for a week or so getting an injection in the spine in the morning so dont think i will be moving around to much

Have those also but they are perm this is a bulge disc in my neck making my right hand numb.
