Hey everyone. I picked up a new D&D exhaust system for my bike. What exhaust bracket is needed to mount this? Is it the Z-bracket?

Thanks for any help in advanced.

Yes Sam, that's what is needed out back. Also if they didn't come with it, make sure you use the Screaming Eagle type exhaust gaskets, not the stock type concave ones.

Thanks for the help. Luckily I realized that the SE gaskets were needed when installing the pipes. Didn't think the tapered gaskets felt quite right.

If you're referring to the front mount for the full D&D kit (pipe and can) you need to use the Y type hanger. The midpipe will not attach to the older style front mount.

The rear mount is a slip collar that attaches to the stock Z bracket. There is no hard connection to the exhaust can. If you're missing the collar (did you get this new or used?) you'll have to fabricate something. D&D considered a welded mount a weak point for the tuber cans.
