Does anyone have any pictures of the subframe mods needed to convert the M2 tail section to the S1? Pictures of converted bikes would be cool too.

Somebody did a step by step with pic's a while back. might be in Knowledge Vault.
I put an S1 tail on my M2 last year, but I didn't cut the frame. Wanted to be able to switch back and forth. There's a couple of pic's in storm front (Little Switzerland Ride) Close to the top of Storm Fronts

Do you have any pictures of the way you did it, I like the idea of going back and forth. The stock seat is like a couch... What did you do for a seat?

I used the stock S1 solo tail section and Force seat (same pan as stock).Fitted the front of the tail section first to get the right angle. Then I used aftermarket tail light(metal)housing between the frame and tail section.required some spacers to make everything line up right.
Used velcro to hold the seat on. It takes two hands to remove seat, it's not going anywhere.
Sorry don't have any pic's of the process. There are a couple of pic's in Storm Front of the bike in the Buell ride at Little Switzerland.
