Got it and reply sent, thanks Fox!

This shifter fits on the pivot just a little sloppily, if the ID is a little tighter it won't hurt. Pivot shaft that the bushing rides on measures 0.497".

I wonder how much tighter the tolerances were/are for new parts, this thing was always somewhat loose. Purchased new from either my dealership when it was still Buell supporting, or from A.S.B.

ID of the bushing, well, the nylon bushing is probably not that tight a fit is it? Bushing pictured is the set I bought from A.S.B. when I put the updated shifter on my bike.

OD of the pivot shaft, on a newer part would be nice to know. Funny, There's quite a gap there, between the bushing halves, you can see the wear marks on the pivot.

I'd be interested in a old style set for my S1W

ok. I'm going to make a small order once. There is a bit of an issue with the bushing tolerances. I'm going to make sure they fit properly first, before I order a large batch of them....

I'll most likely order 15 or so sets of the old style, and 5 or so of the new.
