I was thinking of upgrading because mine is starting to leak again. American sport bike has them for $600.00 : ( but I thought about a custom fab set up. Any ideas?

The NEOPRENE OIL LINE FITTINGS are RETRO-FITTINGS of a TORO gas tank PN 46-6560 ...

The WELLNUT'S that mount the oil tank to the frame are BUELL/Harley-Davidson PN 7621Y ...

You can try ACE HARDWARE as these are used in many other non-motorcycle applications ...

S2 Aluminum tank, adapted (cut and rewelded) to fit an M2 space? You do have a TIG welder, right? Wish I did...
