I just stuff them in. Takes way less than an hour.

Is there a special tool for this? I would buy it.
I mess up one every time. I buy them in threes now. I have a great big socket that fits it perfect to use for a driver, but can't get them in right, ever.

Stuff a paper towel in the exhaust and clean out the port's outside area, Crap sticking to the wall of the pipe exit may be snagging the gasket,

when the port is clean you can stuff em in with your fingers and a screw driver or socket to seat it,

USE GASKET,exhaust port HARLEY-DAVIDSON PN 17048-98 AS THEY ARE BETTER GASKETS AND NOT A "PAIN IN THE ARSE" TO INSTALL !!!

The "CRAP" gaskets PN 65324-83A squeeze into the port and restrict it ...
