Author Message   Nein_collins Posted on Thursday, May 19, 2011 - 01:41 pm:        Hey guys, Anyone willing to send me a an untouched eprom and fuel map from an X1 race ecm? year doesn't matter ( I think ). My bike is a 2000 X1 and i'm trying to sort out some issues and I want to start with "virgin" maps. I saved mine, but I had made changes to them before I backed them up and just wanna be sure. I'm having severe plug fouling issues and I'm replacing the 02, the exhaust o-rings, re-tightening my intake bolts from the seal replacement a few months ago, and I still need to test the head temp. sensor. I'm also going to move the intake temp sensor to behind the flyscreen. I'm running the race intake and a supertrapp on the race ecm and its fouling heat range 9 iridiums in 20-30 minutes of running, i've switched back to heat range 8 non iridiums but I haven't ridden it yet. My 02 is currently off in ecmspy cause its so carbon fouled it reads very wrong. Ran great over winter, I did a fuel pump test when the bike was off and ever since its been doing this. If I can't sort it, off comes the throttle body and on goes a carb... Thanks in advance guys   Hybridmomentspass Posted on Thursday, May 19, 2011 - 01:47 pm:        why moving the intake sensor?
