I just bought a 2010 HAAS CNC machining center and SolidCAM to run inside of my solidworks... i just have to get up to speed with it. I designed this pulley for my XB wheeled X1 in solidworks, but i had a friend machine it since i didnt have CNC earlier this year. Its a factory tuber 61 tooth. I think there are allot of us that have the PM wheels and would love a matching rotor. since you have the basic design already and just need to do some proper measurements/adjustments I think you just created this pulley! I would like to purchase one as soon as you are up to speed with your new CAD software/hardware...no rush it is still winter and im still working on my front end... The Picture I have at the top looks completely different to the said "original" Looks more beefy. Why does the mounting holes have that notch cut out? wouldn't that interfere with the mounting? It really is a sweet part.
