Just snapped off an exhaust stud does anyone have the exhaust stud removal jig they wouldn't mind loaning out to me.

I'm not sure how much they're usually worth but George's Garage has one for 60 bucks that will work on Buells.
I've bought a lot of tools from there for my FatBoy and StreetGlide and the quality is excellent.

i welded a nut to the stud and unscrewed mine pretty easily.
the stud was pretty long though.

$60 is good to know. I have seen them in other places all for $90.

Mine is snapped off flush with the engine. the only way to get it out is to drill it. I need the jig so I don't mess up the threads.

an easy out isnt suggested in this instance either...
good luck!
i just did mine thursday and im glad to say all went well with the welded nut. i was hoping i didnt have to drill it.
the jig was my backup plan...
