i just bought a 2002 m2l and was wondering if any one had the accessory catalog on hand.My dealer does not have one and Im itchin to look at a higher seat and tailbag.Maybe the pegasus seat. Thanx in advance. | ||

unfortunately a lot of the accessory stuff is no longer available (pegasus seat), i believe the standard (higher) seat is still available. i have all the accessory catalogs from 98 or 99 on up and have check what was available many a time, tail bag for m2 big and small has'nt been available for quite some time, there are some decent after market items out there that will work, if you post a list of stuff in precision hd's sponsor section i'll see what's available for you, i also own an m2 so i have a pretty good handle of what's available! | ||

The accessory catalogs are useful for at least one thing; many times somebody will list something on eBay sort with minimal, or inaccurate, description. The catalog can help with deciphering what they really have, and what models/years it fits. What color is the M2L ? I have a Pegasus seat with yellow piping that never gets used, for example. One finds these things on eBay fairly regularly, it seems like. | ||

Volcano Grey/Blazing orange.I bought it thinking it was a m2, but its actually a m2l. an m2l with a low seat is 27 and 1/2 inches,i think.the same as my blast with the high seat.Are all m2 seats dished out? | ||

Cliff, Welcome. My 01 accessory catalog only lists the bars Touring Handlebars 55873-97Y This pn has probably been replaced with a new one, hopefully Brin or someone with cross references can provide the updated number if it's not correct. For whatever reason the catalog I have only lists X1 and S3 Select seats. -Mike |
