Well my paper rocker box gaskets finaly gave out,so I look at my ft. iso.,and its torn.Rockerboxs back togeather and ft. iso. part#16207-79b is NOT the RIGHT part.So I call Al at Am. Spt. Bike,he says the part is H.D.and is #L-0501.2 Also says NO to reusing old mt. bolts.Also service bul. B-018 has instrutions for installation.Anybody know the story.Im going on week 2 with my motor being held up with a bottle jack,NICE!The dealer in Traverse City(Classic H.D.)has been nice in trying to help.It`s a good thing it has been rainning everyday.At least my lifters will have bled down.LOL B.B.

Do not re-use the old bolts, unless you want them to snap in the future. I got new ones from Buell in about 4-5 days. Don't know about the part # tho, I would put my money on what Al says.

Do not re-use the old bolts, unless you want them to snap in the future.

Buell does not tell you not to re-use them just to sell $3.00 bolts. There was extensive testing done and a process and procedure developed.

Part of how a bolt works involves engineered stretching in several directions.
