Hello all! this is my first post. I wanted to put up some pics of my project Buell, a 2000 M2 Cyclone. I am modifying it into a street tracker. Ive been racing Harley's since I was 15 (now 20) but the Cyclone is my first street bike. I just purchased the bike, has 16000 miles on it and the previous owner installed a Force pipe, a Hypercharger (hate this thing, bangs the knee when wheeling, plus it just sucks), as well as removed alot of the plastic pieces; side covers, belt guards, etc.
I plan on turning this into one bad ass street tracker.

Right now i just have a photo shop of how she will turn out, I will hopefully have some pics of her tomorrow.

She is gonna recieve:
F 19" Akront Wire Wheel
R 18" Akront Wire Wheel
Ducati Monster 700 Seat/Cowl
Numberplate with small light replacing the front headlight
No front fender

And possibly in the future:
USD forks
XR750 Style Pipes

Please excuse the poor photoshop skills, just trying to get my ideas in out of my head and onto something i can see with my eyes.

I found this intresting, I got onto the Ron Woods website to see his chassis specs on his flat track chassis, very similiar to the cyclone:

__________Ron Woods______________Cyclone
Wheelbase 54.25-55.75 In.________55.0 in

Rake/Trail 26/67.6mm_____________24.5/97mm

Seat Height 32.0 In._____________31 in

Front-Wheel Travel 5.25 In.______4.7 in

Rear-Wheel Travel 5.25 In._______4.6 in

only the trail is signicantly different, wow

i should be able to snap some pics today of the ducati seat going on, i dont have the cowl for it because i didnt want to spend the $$ incase it didnt work. the ducati seat fits on nicely and looks almost stock, no cutting of the subframe required.

Nice project- will the wheel sizes work with the standard suspension? Won't the front wheel potentially hit the something when the forks bottom out? Are you still alive?
