I haven't seen this type of CF air cleaner cover. My S2T is a 95 is this the original one?

That is an aftermarket filter cover, not original to the S2.

Nope that is not a Bartel's

Bartel's didn't have that Arm.
I believe it was Euro Components piece that Trojan Horse used to Sell. AirTec makes a similar one but in fiberglass.

Search for the screen name Trojan. If you PM him he should have more details for you.

Phillip, your S-2 is not a "T". The S-2T was a 1996 model only and had a charcaol frame and sideplates.
The original CF cover was a hamcan style in a nice thick green tinged CF.I'd look for one.

Hey jim good to see you're still around! When I put S2T I meant S2 thunderbolt. I see how it could be mis leading. I do need some help with getting my mikuni carb mounted right. With the edelbrock intake manifold the mikuni doesn't mount correctly. I bought the adaptor piece harley sells for the set up but it doesn't fit correctly. Right now I have a make shift mount for now. I'd love to get your help on it.

Edelbrok manifold?? What is that and why was it needed? Regular old HD/Buell manifold is fine and the Mikuni will slide right on with no adapters or fudging necessary.
Pics?

Yeah long story short. Previous owner had edelbrock heads installed so he got the intake manifold to go with it. I'm not sure if the reg. mani will fit but I'll take a pic of it for you later since my daughter got my camera taken away at school. Where can I get a regular used manifold cheap?

Regular manifold won't fit Edelbrockheads because of their rectangular intake port.
You need that spigot stile manifold for Mikunicarbs from Edelbrock

edelbrock 2
