So I am sick and tired of not having my X1 on the street, SO I am selling my GSXR1000 to get this thing going. I need a set of heads and some new pistons. I was hopeing that I could find a place that sells an entire kit to change the heads and pistons, looking for domed piston with gasket and all. also if I have to go with a stock head i want the xb12r heads. ANY info on new parts or used heads would be GREATLY appreciated. hopefully the suzuki sells quick so I can get the back on the road again. I am looking to | ||

The 04+ XL1200 heads are the same as the XB only are already drilled for the intake mount/breather passages. A set of XB12 cylinders/pistons will give you the stock compression ratio or you can use a set from XB9's that give 12:1 compression. Headwork is always good as well. A couple of the sponsors sell complete 1250 kits with all aluminum Nikasil lined cylinders and forged pistons. | ||

ya i have been looking at the NRHS kits, i just need a set of heads now since mine are gone. anyone have a set of xl1200 heads? | ||
