Author Message   Chasespeed Posted on Friday, August 03, 2007 - 09:24 pm:        RANT ON... The damn rear exhuast pushrod is LEAKING.. AGAIN... I dont know what it is about that rear one, its on its 3rd seal(lower), and it still leaks... The only damn leak I have right now, and I want it STOPPED... I am about to silicon the sh*t outta it, and hope it holds... Any thoughts??? Though, I think its going to smell like carb cleaner for a long while.... Oh well... Gonna go for a ride later, you know, to make sure all is well... Well, confirmed... ALL pushrod seals are leaking at the base.... THIS IS B/S!!!! SO... knowing how the crankcase vents... IS is possible that the case ISNT venting pressure fast enough, and its blowing the base seals???? BUT, wouldnt other seals go first? I dont know... I going to try to band-aid it with clear silicon for now, hoping that takes care of it...
