Use high temp stuff and clean it thoroughly before goopin it up. I got a gixxer that has plenty of "external" oil seals. LOL

Had to re-position the damn thing 6 times... but, I got it...

I have a leak free bike for the first time...

Though, I think its going to smell like carb cleaner for a long while....

Oh well...

Gonna go for a ride later, you know, to make sure all is well...

Let's hope mine doesn't take 6 tries ... messed up part is mine are brand new (when we built the top end I used all new seals and gaskets ... )

Chase, if you get a chance, install these from NRHS. They will never leak again, much tighter, if have them too:

Gekk, I was thinking about those last night, while I was jacking around with this crap....

Since they are somewhat affordable, I will probably snag them at some point.

PM sent....

Well, confirmed... ALL pushrod seals are leaking at the base....

THIS IS B/S!!!!

SO... knowing how the crankcase vents...

IS is possible that the case ISNT venting pressure fast enough, and its blowing the base seals???? BUT, wouldnt other seals go first?

I dont know... I going to try to band-aid it with clear silicon for now, hoping that takes care of it...

Those aren't supposed to be under pressure.
The pushrod tubes are like drains.
I think you're right about the breather.
