Well how do they rate? Ofcourse the lady seat has its own shaped area............how does the gunfighter compare? Seems too be some padding back there on the gunfighter but how goood is it?

I dont like the my women complainng about my seat. Ill get a gunfighter though if its decent. If not then a gunfighter with the lady molded seat it is.

What ya think?

I can't even get my wife on the back of my M2, after I went and bought the Corbin + Lady seat and even the back rest.
I should a got the regular Gunfighter...

Now I'm looking for a Buell Select seat for M2, haven't seen any on eBay lately.

I do have a Corbin with the Lady seat and back rest, though the lady in this household really doesnt go on long or many rides she does like it.

Ive found the Corbin to be comfortable up to 6-8 hrs,and have had the opportunity of a 17 1/2 hrs stint,it did'nt kill me but!!!!

Hope this helps

I had one for the S3 solely for the backrest. As for fit, finish and comfort it royally *SUCKED* - right along with the Corbin BS arrogance and pathetic customer "service". Buyer beware.

I will never buy from Corbin again.

I have Gunfighter and Lady and my wife went on a nine state trip with it I do have the back rest and she loves it, she has even been known to sleep back their when we are on the slab instead of the twisties. As for the fit I had to put a piece of rubber on the retention screw so it wouldn't loosen on its own and change the adjustment bolt on the backrest so it would work on the buell.

Can you get a back-rest for an S2? Unforgivably ugly, I should think, but the new missus would certainly be happier.

"It's the most comfortable bike I've ever been on," is what she said. She's been on quite a few bikes, liked the M2 w/Lady backrest so much she picked up her own S2 w/a Corbin.

For the rider, I used to think it was hard as a brick, so I picked up a Pro Series. The Pro seat is real cushy but has a weird bend at the bottom that rotates my S/I joint forward and after a hundred miles my back is stiff. This is on an M2. So it's back to the Corbin and it never felt so good. I just stand up a bit over the bumps.

IMO the Lady+ Gunfighter is their top of the line model, the "fit and finish" are excellent, with the exception that where it hits the tank is rubbed through on the points, but a dab of paint would hide that fine. Otherwise IMO it is a very well-made seat. 600+ new, can be had on ebay w/backrest for less than half.

Oh yeah the backrest makes a good backstop for bags, sleeping roll, boxes when running errands, although it rattles at idle, which some find annoying.

Westek used to make a backrest for the S2, but IIRC you weren't supposed to put too much load on it. Al at American Sport Bike may be able to hook you up.
