The good news is it looks like Ukraine just stole the money Biden gave them because of they had to use those money to build strong fortification west from Avdeevka and Russia already took those fortifications. The bad news is it was your money. I'm sure some in the Ukrainian army already agree to sabotage the Ukrainian nazy and the USA aid because of Ukraine is doomed anyway.
