The first is obvious. Deny, deflect, project, is Biden* regime SOP. By denying protection they also deny Kennedy is an opponent. And there's no sign the Joe* team ever intends to engage in the DNC pretend Primary debates or engage with the others trying to get Joe's* job. ( why should they? There's nothing to be gained, and too much risk letting Joe* out in a chaotic environment. ) Unfortunately the second speculation will only be confirmed if Kennedy is killed before the traditional time candidate wannabes get Secret Service protection.
