4 at Mom's table for thanksgiving, Bird gone by Friday night.  The deli across the street from work introduced me to Turkey &"Capi" sandwiches decades and multiple jobs ago. 40 years? Dang. Turkey is fairly bland, and responds well to extra flavor. Pepper jack vs. Mozzarella, capicola vs. Ham, etc. healthy low fat turkey and unhealthy fatty ( your choice here ) combines to add flavor as many tasty spices are fat, not water soluble. I'm good with mayo! ( for same reasons ) mustard, a line of sriracha laid in the turkey for flavor mines, the possibilities... Enjoy. | ||
