It's entirely possible for a guilty person to go free when the system becomes one of political Injustice. Don't know if this cop is guilty or innocent or deserves pity or rage. It doesn't matter since he was screwed. If he can get a fair trial, that's one thing, if he can't, no one can, so you'd better avoid law enforcement in the State where there's no working justice system. This is how murder happens, all too frequently. If there's no penalty applied to your actions, there's no incentive to be obedient. ( that's the results of the BLM/Antifa experience under Klan Party rule ). Murder rates are way up for that reason. But there's a darker flip side, that also has happened before. If there's no reason to think you'll get a fair trial, that you aren't in a criminal justice system, but are in a political revenge system, you have no reason to be obedient, either. When a poorly considered Drug Crackdown Law was passed in NY back in the early '70s, the penalty for selling an ounce of heroin was identical or worse than murder. So, predictably, the murder rate for cops increased dramatically. ( iirc... Tripled ) I was in a High School law course then, advanced placement, sure, but not necessarily a group of super geniuses. We saw the stupid right away, possibly because High School kids aren't fully integrated into adult society. And neither are criminals. | ||

I It might be better spun that George Floyd was killed by the Chinese Communist Party. Since it's most likely the drug that killed him was manufactured, shipped, and approved by the CCP. A regime that welds apartment building doors and won't let you take a bus if your social credit score is too low, certainly is aware and approved of tons of fentanyl being shipped to the U.S. & Mexico for sale here. The technical term is narcoterrorism. This isn't a secret that the CCP commits this international crime. They profit from it in multiple ways. But don't expect Party Agitprop Media to ever admit that. My opinion is that Chauvin did not get a fair trial. I also think he might be a real POS who deserves to be prosecuted for his actions, but since I wasn't a juror... And there's zero chance I'd be accepted as a juror at that trial unless I lied smiling like at least one guy did. | ||
