If you read more of the court docs, CNNBC paid him (before the fact) to "document" the event. IN those videos, he can be heard saying "we need to burn this shit down", and otherwise encouraging the violence. How the judge interprets CNNBC's payment for "documentation" will, of course, determine whether the media companies can be charged with inciting violence. Did they pay him to "document"? Or did they pay him to (wink wink nudge nudge) make sure something spectacular happened so they got good footage? Regardless - Antifa was in on it. It's documented in court. Media was in on it. It's documented in court. Trump...WASN'T in on it. It's documented - and PROVEN - in Federal Court (otherwise known as a Congressional hearing for impeachment). ...but it's all tinfoil hat conspiracy bullshit, according to the media. Why else would they contact some schmuck from Antifa, and offer him $35k ($70k if you count NBC's cash), to simply "document" what was going on?
